Josh Hutcherson reportedly bought Heath Ledger’s Hollywood Hills home this week.
The asking price of late actor’s acre casa recently dropped down to a shade under $3 million but we aren’t sure whether Josh ponied up the full amount.
We do know that he already bought all the booze he needs to throw a SWEET house-warming party so stay tuned for mugshot pictures from that!
The locals reportedly call Josh’s new home “The Tree House,” as the whole property is packed with dense foliage.
Hmmm.
We thought Jennifer Lawrence was the one who liked to camp out in trees, LOLz!!
Ledger and Michelle Williams lived together in the beautiful home until breaking up in 2007 and the house has been on the market ever since his tragic OD.
Not a lot of 19 year-olds own their own Hollywood mansion, Josh. Congratulations!!
