Facelifts, Botox, boob jobs, plastic surgery is definitely the norm in Hollywood and there are a handful of celebs who have decided to stay away from the addictive surgery.
Julia Roberts is definitely one of them!
Unlike Renee Zellweger, the Pretty Woman actress revealed making the decision to stay au natural and foregoing a facelift was definitely a big risk for her.

In an industry where looks are everything, not turning to knives for a younger look definitely is a big risk!
When asked about the pressures of undergoing cosmetic surgery, Julia said:
“By Hollywood standards, I guess I’ve already taken a big risk in not having had a facelift├óΓé¼┬ª
I’ve told Lanc├â┬┤me that I want to be an aging model ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ so they have to keep me for at least five more years until I’m over 50.”
HA!
Luckily for the actress she seems to be aging VERY well.
Taking that risk is definitely paying off for her!
