Julie Taymor "Out" Of Spider-Man Musical!

Oh boy.
Sources report that following the announcement that Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark will be pushed back AGAIN for another three months, Julie Taymor took her leave as the show’s director. Apparently, Julie stepped down this afternoon, “left the building,” and won’t be returning in any creative fashion.
It’s not like we didn’t see this coming, mind you. We just don’t know if this is the beginning of the end or the start of the revival this show so desperately needs.
Either way, after 100 previews, something had to give!!!
