At least one thing is going right in Justin Bieber‘s personal life.
Justin and the slew of famous neighbors that live it up in Calabasas’ The Oaks were SERIOUSLY pissed when they got news a producer planned to shoot some juicy reality TV in their gated community, but fortunately (or unfortunately for us) there is a huge snag in his diabolical plan.
While a show all about the neighborhood dramz of a celeb-packed hood sounds AHmazing, it also appears to be illegal.
It VERY clearly states in The Oaks of Calabasas Homeowners Association rules and regulations that there is to be NO filming inside the exclusive gates.
Also, filming is ONLY allowed in privately owned areas and CANNOT exceed 5 days without the approval of the Board.
If the producer does film JB, Keyshawn Johnson, Travis Barker, Shanna Moakler, Kourtney Kardashian or the Jackson family then there is no doubt he will be violating their right to privacy.
One well-known resident, Shanna, explained:
“The reason we are all there is for privacy. I don’t care about filming in your home, but a show on the community is in poor taste and invasive.”
And we’re sure the Board of the community is aware of their mega-$uce$$ful clients’ needs, which is why the producer will NEVER EVER get the a-okay.
Sorry producer man!
We’re just as sad as you are, but we’d much rather see inside the Mulholland Estates, anyway!!! LOLz!
