Kanye West’s Fatburger Closing Its Doors

In case you didn’t know, Kanye West isn’t just an innovative musician, he owns a few restaurants. Specifically, he owns 10 Fatburgers.
In 2008 West started opening Fatburgers in his home town of Chicago, hoping the west coast burgers would play well with the midwest population.
Unfortunately, Chicago doesn’t seem interested in Fatburger, and the flagship location shut down last Thursday.
While it’s too bad that Kanye’s business venture didn’t pan out, we can’t say we’re TOO disappointed that a burger joint had to close down. That probably means that people were making healthier decisions when it came time to pick a place to eat!
