The Mother’s Day star cleared the air about her “date” night out with the NFL hunk (which was documented via Snapchat) in an new interview with ET.

The 37-year-old beauty explained the reason behind their dinner together:
“We actually just have the same agent. We were at, like, a big dinner. It’s just what happens.”
Ergh! So why did J.J. call it a “date” on video — just wishful thinking??
