Kate Major Is Sentenced To Six Months In Jail For Violating Probation

Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time!
As we reported in October, Michael Lohan‘s estranged wife Kate Major was arrested for allegedly assaulting a police officer under the influence of alcohol.

Well, it looks like Kate’s legal troubles are catching up to her!
On Monday, the journalist was sentenced to six months in jail. However, she isn’t being locked up because of the assault charge; it’s for violating her probation!
Back in 2015, she got intoxicated on a plane, threatened the crew, and was given probation for the incident. This recent cop attack is what did her in.
According to sources, the mother asked for rehab instead of prison but was turned down. Nice try, Kate!
Even after she finishes her sentence, she will have to face assault and drunk and disorderly charges for her altercation with the policeman.
Not good, Kate! NOT GOOD!
