It’s apparently time to invest in real estate for this California Gurl!
Katy Perry has just spent $11.2 million on three adjacent Los Angeles properties that include two large mansions!
The land in total spans four acres, while one of the homes was built in 1953 in the style of mid-century modern and includes five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The second home, however, was formerly owned by Jake Gyllenhaal’s parents as well as Bruce Springsteen’s drummer Max Weinberg.
