Khloé Kardashian is facing the music from a former employee who claims she kept working conditions within her home ALL f**ked up!
The Kardashians star is the subject of a new lawsuit filed in court this week by an ex-employee who claims working for her was muy mal! But Khloé’s reps are already pushing back against the story. Thus, it looks like a courtroom fight could be in store…

A former assistant named Matthew Manhard is suing the Good American founder after claiming he injured his knee while working for the star. Then, he says he got canned while trying to recover. Now, he wants money to make things right again.
According to TMZ, which first uncovered the suit on Wednesday afternoon, Manhard claims he worked for Khlo-money from the beginning of 2019 all the way up until the very end of last year. But in November of 2022, his suit alleges, Khloé fired him just as he was “trying to return to work from a knee injury that put him on the shelf.” That injury was reportedly sustained back in May of last year. At the time, he reportedly told Khloé he couldn’t come to work because of it. Then, he spent the next five-plus months resting and rehabbing the injury. But when he tried coming back to the job in November, Khloé apparently canned him.
Uh-oh!
Based on multiple reports, it’s unclear whether the knee injury was actually sustained while he was on the clock for the former late night radio DJ. Regardless, the ex-employee feels spurned over how the gig ended, and he’s seeking recourse now.
Manhard’s suit goes beyond just the injury issues, though. He also alleges that Khloé kept him incredibly busy with personal assistant tasks each and every day. The suit claims Manhard often “couldn’t take his legally required breaks” because his task list was endless. Plus, True Thompson‘s momma allegedly “skirted paying him overtime even though he often worked 12-hour days.” Damn!!!
Now, per TMZ, Manhard is seeking monetary damages. It’s unclear how much money he’s after based on their reporting. However, he cites “a bunch of California labor laws” and claims the 38-year-old reality TV star didn’t follow them as was legally required.

As for Khloé, her legal reps have already put out a strong statement denying the allegations. When asked about the suit by the news org, the A-lister’s team retorted:
“It’s unfortunate to learn that a former employee would choose to go this route. Matthew was properly classified and compensated for his role.”
The Revenge Body alum’s legal spokesperson also specifically addressed the knee injury and leave-of-absence claims from the newly-filed suit, as well:
“Toward the end of his employment, he was on a leave of absence for an extended period of time and the role eventually needed to be replaced. We will not tolerate false accusations and will prove that this is a frivolous lawsuit.”
Jeez!! Sounds like the Calabasas native’s team is not going to take this one lying down. Perhaps a legal battle looms?
Of course, Khloé is not the first KarJenner family member to deal with lawsuits and labor issues. As Perezcious readers will recall, back in early 2021, Kim Kardashian and then-husband Kanye West‘s domestic staff revolted amid alleged workplace mistreatment and poor working conditions.
Weeks after those unsettling reports first surfaced, Kim did major damage control by trying to claim the labor issues were her vendor’s problem, and not her concern. That seemed to keep the problems from bubbling up further — at least in view of the public. But now, a new suit is working its way into court, and a different KarJenner is in the crosshairs!
