Kim Kardashian's Bod Has Changed So Much, Kris Jenner Confronted Her In A Closet To Ask What Was Up!

People may disagree with the way Kim Kardashian West is flaunting her weight loss, but she’s not acting like she cares!
Actresses Emmy Rossum and Stephanie Beatriz recently called the reality star out over skinny bragging, essentially noting the importance of self esteem and being aware of how that kind of talk can affect impressionable fans — especially those vulnerable to health issues.

31-year-old Rossum even admitted the only time she was near Kim’s weight was when she was struggling with an intense eating disorder of her own. (Though, it’s important to note that Emmy’s height is somewhere around 5’7 and Kim’s is 5’3. We’re not doctors, but the healthy weight ranges for different heights will, well, differ.)
While both actresses made positive points, the 37-year-old beauty mogul is all about making HERSELF feel the upside. And for her, that includes a lot of calorie-burning muscle.
According to People, Mrs. West did an interview with E! on Wednesday, where she revealed:

“I’ve lost 20 pounds and I’m really proud of that. I was almost 140 forever and now I’m like 116 and it just feels good. I didn’t see results right away, but when you stick with something and you’re consistent, you will. So, I love it. … I work out about an hour-and-a-half every single day, heavy weights. I don’t do a lot of cardio.”

Weights are where it’s at!

Everyone is noticing her new size, and she even admitted her mom pulled her INTO A CLOSET (lol, we love Kris Jenner) to get to the bottom of it:

“But honestly, like even my mom pulled me aside maybe a week ago and pulls me in a closet and is like, ‘What are you doing?’ She says, ‘I don’t care what, I just need to know.’ I’ve been working out really hardcore with a bodybuilder for one year. September is our one-year anniversary.”

But as we always say, while exercise is important, a healthy diet is KEY! For the momma-of-three, that means way less sugar these days:

“I don’t really eat sugar the way that I used to. It doesn’t really do it for me.”

But when she wants to make an exception, she knows exactly what she’s doing:

“I love Häagen-Dazs ice cream. That’s like my one go-to.”

Treats aside, her new lifestyle sounds healthier than before in terms of diet:

“I’ve kind of been trained to just eat a lot healthier than I used to. I used to just eat anything and everything and I loved it. And so I really do control that now. … I don’t want to ruin it by just stuffing my face.”

Well we’re sure all of this continued talk on the subject will spark more conversation.
And that’s what the Kardashians really crave most, right?
