Kim Kardashian will never, ever, ever find herself doing a roast again.
Of that, we can be sure. But how do we know? Because she said so herself in VERY plain language on the most recent episode of The Kardashians!!

So, y’all certainly haven’t forgotten about the time — nearly a full year ago now — when Kimmy Kakes appeared as a guest roaster on Netflix‘s The Roast Of Tom Brady, right?! That May 2024 show got a little out of hand for several different reasons. But our focus here centers on just one of those reasons: the truly terrible time Kim had when she got up on stage to let the quarterback have it!
During the newest episode of the KarJenner fam’s Hulu show on Thursday — which was filmed last May, and covered events including the QB’s roast — Kim hopped into a confessional booth to speak just days after taping the Netflix debacle and said this:
“My thoughts on the roast is I would never do a roast again.”
Ouch!
Regarding the boos and jeers she suffered through while standing in front of the roast’s hostile crowd, Kim went on to add:
“It’s not good for the soul. I could have never imagined that I would be booed. But you can’t f**king win. It’s like, oh, football fans, oh, sports fans, they f**king hate the Kardashians.”
BTW, Kim wasn’t even supposed to be at the full roast! See, she had to be in New York for the Met Gala, which was taking place the next day. As she explained in her confessional convo, the plan was for her to toast Tom and then bounce ASAP to fly to New York… er, uh, until that plan changed:
“I thought I was going to get up, give a toast and leave, that was the plan. I was like, I can’t leave, or I’m going to look like a poor sport, that I couldn’t handle anything. I was like, ‘is it over? I have a flight!'”
Instead, she got stuck on stage and trapped in her own little hell of rough fans and crude comedians.
Of course, as we’ve reported, Netflix did some post-production work to edit out the boos Kim caught while at the mic. But when a Hulu producer asked the SKIMS mogul whether she reached out to Netflix and asked them to remove the booing, Kim flatly denied doing so:
“No, I could care less. Let me live my life. It happened, I don’t erase what happened. I’m the best sport, I can handle it, but it just wasn’t new. All they do is call the girls whores. It was just the same thing.”
She’s not kidding about that last part, either. During the special, comedian Tony Hinchcliffe cracked a whole series of NSFW jokes about the SKKN By Kim biz whiz. Among them was a crude reference comparing her to a “whale’s vagina,” as well as this nasty remark:
“She’s had a lot of Black men celebrating her end-zone. Kim, word of advice, close your legs. You have more public beef than Kendrick [Lamar] and Drake.”
Things were so brutal, in fact, that when the mom of four did finally leave the stage and make it to NYC for the Met Gala, it was all her pals could talk about!
Later in the brand-new Hulu ep, the reality TV maven revealed that longtime friend LaLa Anthony was giving her some serious emotional support backstage at the Met Gala just as Usher walked up and said:
“I feel so bad for you about that roast.”
Oof!
In another confessional clip, Kim added that similar moments kept happening all night long in the Big Apple:
“People would come up to me like, ‘Are you okay?’ It’s just, like, the easiest joke. They wouldn’t say it about anyone. And then I was like, ‘Why do I put myself in these situations to feel s**tty?'”
Kim also took aim at fellow roaster Andrew Schulz. As you may recall, he’s the comedian who slammed Kim after the fact for supposedly being “so robotic” throughout TB12’s time under the limelight. And let’s just say Kim was NOT okay with Schulz’s criticisms. She argued:
“[Schulz] was like, ‘it seems like she was out of her body.’ I go, ‘what would you think, from someone sitting there, hearing horrible things about themselves?’ Am I supposed to sit there and say, ‘how innovative, you called me a whore!’ Of course you’re gonna freeze.”
And she continued:
“If I had gotten up to leave, they would have said, ‘oh, Kim’s mad, she’s such a bad sport.’ And I’m like, ‘no, I have a flight to catch because I have the f**king Met Ball.'”
Good point! Damned if you do, damned if you don’t…
In the end, Kim did have very high praise for Nikki Glaser‘s performance at Tom’s takedown sesh:
“But I thought Nikki Glaser killed it. There were also so many funny moments. I’m not going to sit here and be the victim, it wasn’t about me. It was fun to be a part of it, I did it, and I never have to do it again.”
And then she doubled down on the fact that she NEVER has to do one of those things ever again:
“I will never, ever, ever do a roast again.”
Probably a wise take, TBH! She spoke her piece, completed her task, sustained the pot-shots and boos and jeers, and now that’s all over. Right?!
