Kim Kardashian and Kanye West may have pulled a fast one on us with the idea of a Paris wedding, but we won’t get fooled again!
This time we know EXACTLY where the couple will be saying their vows – Florence, Italy!
So why was the couple so intent on Italy over Paris? Because Florence holds a sentimental – and sexy! – significance to the couple! Kanye says:
“For me Florence is the most beautiful European city and one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
But the real reason is that Kim and I were on the banks of the river Arno last year on our own incognito. And I think that our daughter North was conceived here amongst the Renaissance masterpieces.”
Wow! Florence has more history than we thought!
Obviously they won’t be getting married right on the river, but they should be able to see the spot from their venue!
Thanks to Yeezy’s fashion designer pal Ermanno Scervino, we know the exact wedding location! He has confirmed that Kimye will become man and wife in front of 1,000 guests in a 16th century castle – how romantic!
The Forte di Belvedere was built by the Medici family in the 1590s as a fortress to protect Florence. Now the massive structure not only provides one of the best panoramic views of the city- it also houses gorgeous pieces of modern sculpture.
