Kim Kardashian Is ‘Ready’ To Date Again - But Wants Someone Who Isn't Famous This Time!

Kim Kardashian is ready to find love again!

After taking a break from the dating scene following her split with Pete Davidson, the 42-year-old reality star apparently wants to get back out there and find herself someone. But this time, she will be avoiding anyone famous! A source revealed to People on Friday that Kimmy Kakes has been asking her friends for some help in the relationship department – hoping they will set her up with a guy in finance. They explained:

“Kim hasn’t been dating, but is ready again. She took a breather after Pete [Davidson], but she is interested now. She would love to date someone who isn’t famous in Hollywood. She thinks someone in finance would be perfect.”

The insider added:

“Kim has a lot of things going on that make her happy. She would love to share it all with a partner too.”

Hmm. So it sounds like she’s looking for someone with a little more flexibility in their schedule to join her for her work commitments and social life. When the Keeping Up with the Kardashians alum broke up with Pete, who she dated for around nine months following her divorce from Kanye West, sources claimed the two ended things since it was hard to maintain their relationship due to their careers:

“Part of the reason they split was because of their busy schedules. They both travel all the time and it was hard.”

If this is true, it makes sense that she would want someone non-famous in her life. Back in December, Kim opened up on Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop podcast about her love life, saying she wouldn’t be opposed to getting married again or even having more kids one day.

“I have this fantasy in my head, like fourth’s time’s a charm, it’s gonna — it’s gonna work out.”

She further explained:

“I feel, like honestly, my last marriage was my first real [one] — the first one, I just don’t know what was happening. The second one, I felt like I wanted to be married so badly because all my friends were at that place and that’s where I should have been, and I didn’t accept that that just wasn’t where I was and realized that that was okay. And now, I feel like I would definitely take my time — and I would be okay for a forever partnership as well. I would want a marriage, but I’m so happy to take my time.”
