Kim Kardashian West is one proud momma!
The 39-year-old mother of four absolutely adorable kiddos is celebrating son Saint West‘s fourth birthday today, and she’s already gotten up early and done her thing on Instagram!
Along with a very sweet message revealing some super-cute behind-the-scenes info on the growing boy, she shared the cutest picture of him (above) smiling and laughing at the camera! So great!

Here’s what the KUWTK star had to say about her now-four-year-old son, revealing how he’s “just so thoughtful and sweet” in how he speaks to his momma as he grows up (below):
“I have no words to describe how much I love your smile and those curls of yours Saint! You bring so much joy into my soul. You are so kind, loving and just so thoughtful and sweet! I am so happy today if your 4th birthday and We get to celebrate how much you’ve grown! Happy birthday my sweet sweet Sainty. (When I say to him my sweet sweet Sainty, he says back to me my sweet sweet sweet sweet Momma, the best momma in the world and the only momma I ever want! HOW CAN YOU NOT MELT AT HIS SWEETNESS)”
Our hearts are melting! That is so wonderful!
Miracle Baby!
As you’ll recall, Saint — Kim and Kanye West‘s second child together, and little brother to big sis North West — was the second (and final) pregnancy and birth for the social media maven and beauty mogul. Kim had dealt with a medical condition called pre-eclampsia all through North’s pregnancy, and when it popped up again before and after Saint’s birth four years ago, doctors told Kim she’d better not get pregnant a third time.
From then on, with babies Chicago and Psalm, it’s been surrogate mothers, and Saint is something of a miracle baby in that regard, having made it here through mom’s illness and all! Thankfully, the baby boy has been nothing but healthy in his own right since birth, and momma recovered just fine, too. And what a happy, healthy, FULL family they’ve become!
