Kim Richards‘ sentence for shoplifting at a California Target is giving us d├â┬⌐j├â┬á vu!
A judge has officially decided the former Real Housewives star’s punishment, and it turns out she was actually able to dodge jail time!
The court sentenced her to 300 hours of community service, three years of probation, and 52 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings for attempting to swipe some stuff from the department store this summer.

But doesn’t that sound a little familiar? It turns out the former child actress received the exact same sentence for being drunk and unruly at the Beverly Hills Hotel in April.
So she’s doing the time twice?? Not exactly.
The judge explained that the 51-year-old isn’t required to double up on her punishment, and will be paying for both instances in the same sentence.
