Kim Zolciak has a new lease on life. Her love life, that is!
Amid her ongoing (and extremely dramatic) divorce from former football star Kroy Biermann, the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum is throwing herself back out in the dating pool… and she’s already linked up with a lucky new suitor!!
On Tuesday afternoon, as the rain fell down relentlessly in El Lay, TMZ trekked out to Los Angeles International Airport and caught up with the Bravo veteran as she walked out of the terminal. During their chat, Kim let slip that she is back on the hunt for romance. And not only that, she’s dating one lucky guy in particular. Ooh!

When first asked about her current outlook, Kim opted to keep things light:
“I’m really happy. … I’m very happy.”
Happy, huh?! So the photog straight-up asked Kim if she’s dating again to cause that happiness. To that, she replied:
“Yes.”
Whoa!
When asked to shed a bit more light on the man in her life, she answered:
“I’m just happy.”
Hmmm. That doesn’t give us much. So, the photog started peppering her with questions! Like, whether it’s one man in particular or if Kim is playing the field:
“One person.”
Check! As for whether he’s in the entertainment industry, Kim answered:
“No.”
And when she was asked if the dude is a former athlete, Zolciak responded like this with a VERY noticeable grimace spread wide across her face:
“No. F**k no.”
Yikes! Sorry, Kroy! We take it Kim won’t be dating any other former Atlanta Falcons stars anytime soon, then…
But the guy is from Atlanta — or at least lives there now. When asked whether the mystery dude is an ATLien, she said:
“Yeah.”
And as for whether the beau is younger or age appropriate, the 46-year-old reality TV star said:
“Age appropriate.”
So, that would seem to rule out Chet Hanks once and for all. Aw! And we had such high hopes for those two! LOLz!
Anyways, after giving a bunch of very clipped answers, Kim finally opened up later in the quickie impromptu interview. At one point, she said:
“I’m just dating. … I was off with the kids, and now I’m out.”
And when the photog pressed her on whether the mystery man in question was the one keeping her happy, Kim continued:
“I’m just happy. I have my kids, I have my new house, I’m working. … I’m definitely happy for sure. My kids are happier, for sure. I try to make it joyful. We do fun things.”
Awww!
So, there’s a lot to take away here… and also not a lot. LOLz. Kim dating somebody new? Huge news! And one guy, to boot?? Damn!
And yet she gave extremely little when it came to specifics. Not in entertainment… not an athlete… from Atlanta (or at least living there now)… Age appropriate… Huh. That’s not narrowing it down too much, y’all!
Who could it be, Perezcious readers?! A businessman?? A real estate mogul?! Our money is on someone with MONEY! She’s had enough financial problems to last a lifetime!
