Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann can finally breathe a sigh of relief when it comes to their now-infamous Georgia mansion.
The estranged couple has been trying to get out from under their massive house in the Atlanta suburb of Milton for a while now — and desperately hoping to avoid foreclosure in the process. But finally, according to a new report published by TMZ on Tuesday morning, it seems as though they just did that!

According to that outlet, more than a year after their house hit the market in the midst of their ongoing (and very contentious) divorce, Kim and Kroy have SOLD the thing! Per the news org, they finally found a buyer late last month for the Milton mansion at… drumroll please… $2.75 million.
That’s it?!
Of course, $2.75 million is a HUGE amount of money. But we say “that’s it” here because, as you may recall, they’d initially offered up the place for a whopping $6 million! So, a drop of more than 50% to a final purchase price of $2.75 million is a HUGE price cut!
Then again, considering their current financial situation, pretty much any sale price above what they paid for it ($900,000 back in 2012) and far away from the former grip of foreclosure is a win. So, yeah, we suppose they’ll probably take what they can get at this point. But still, DAMN!!
