Kroy Biermann is speaking out! He rarely does on these matters, but because Kim Zolciak just gave her version, he wants to set the record straight… as he sees it.
The estranged couple is back in the news on Tuesday after Kim did a big interview about their messy ongoing divorce and brutal financial situation with TMZ. On Monday, the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum spoke to that news outlet in El Lay, claiming she was the one solely responsible for feeding, clothing, caring for, and housing the estranged couple’s four minor children Kroy Jr. 13, Kash, 12, and 10-year-old twins Kaia and Kane.

At one point during the interview on Monday, the Don’t Be Tardy alum said:
“I’m the one who pays all the bills. All the kids’ clothes, all the school clothes, most of the food. He has not paid a bill in that house. He’s paid two electric bills in the last 18 months — not a cable [bill], water [bill], phone [bill], nothing. That man has not paid a bill in that house. Brielle [Biermann] has helped more than he has.”
Oof.
The 46-year-old Bravo alum also accused the former Atlanta Falcons star of using their relationship as nothing more than “a game,” and trying to destroy her amid their contentious split:
“He said if I ever divorced him, he would destroy me publicly.”
But is it true?! Any of it?? Well, according to Kroy… no way!
Late Monday night, the former NFL star took to his Instagram Stories to deliver a rare, shocking, and extremely cryptic message to his followers. In it, the Montana native claimed that he’d been “isolated, imprisoned and silenced” for over a decade while with Kim. Damn!
Furthermore, he alleged the things already out in public are “only the tip of the iceberg” with what has supposedly been going on behind the scenes. He then called out TMZ and slammed them for encouraging “narcissistic shaming abuse” by giving Kim a platform to speak out:
“I will never stop praying for her. But I will no longer stay silent. I was isolated, imprisoned and silenced for almost 13 years. What’s been mentioned in motions is only the tip of the tip of the iceberg. In the @tmz_tv you are witnessing narcissistic shaming abuse.”
Whoa!!
That “tip of the iceberg” quote is creepy and unsettling AF. (If true, obvi.) Who knows what more could be out there that we’ll soon see play out in divorce court?!
BTW, Kroy’s lawyer also spoke to Us Weekly in addition to the ex-football pro’s unnerving IG Stories commentary. Kroy’s attorney Marlys A. Bergstrom slammed Kim for supposedly dragging her feet on the estranged couple’s Georgia home sale and urged Zolciak to agree to sell ASAP no matter what the mansion’s appraisal may have determined:
“At the end of the day, a house is worth what someone is willing to pay for it … not its appraisal. If Kim is waiting to get $5.5 million for a house that is on the brink of foreclosure, she’s going to be waiting a very long time.”
Bergstrom also slammed Kim for doing the interview with TMZ at all — and in El Lay, no less! Noting how the initial interview that started this whole mess had been done at Los Angeles International Airport, Kroy’s counsel said:
“I find it ironic that this interview took place at LAX. Who’s watching the kids? The answer is Kroy. He’s in Georgia working 40+ hours a week, taking care of the kids and trying to get the marital residence sold so that family can avoid foreclosure.”
The shade!
Regardless, these two will soon have their day(s) in court. As we previously reported, back in July a judge set the date for Kim and Kroy’s divorce trial to be held on Tuesday, November 5, and Wednesday, November 6. That’s less than two months away. So something is going to give by then — if not sooner. Reactions, y’all?? Share ’em (below)…
