Kristen Johnston, best know for her work on 3rd Rock From The Sun, has a new memoir coming out next week that is sure to shock anyone who ever thought they knew her. In the pages of her book, Guts: The Endless Follies and Tiny Triumphs of a Giant Disaster, she reveals her secret addiction to not only alcohol, but also pain medication.
And her cocktails of choice almost killed her!
According to Kristen, she never had an issue deciding between a bottle red or a bottle of white; she used to just drink them both, usually in one day, to wash down the slew of Vicodin she’d be taking. But her addictions never actually killed any of her pain, as she explains in a new interview with People Magazine:
“I hated myself, but I didnt think I could change. I’m appreciateive that I’m still alive.”
