Is Lana Del Rey making a cry for help? Or inappropriately having a laugh?
The Summertime Sadness singer has been widely criticized for joking about dying young.
She herself has said her comments about wishing she was dead were a bit out of context.
But in her new interview with Rolling Stone, Lana is sounding less like someone trying to glamorize death and more like someone who is actually in a very dark place!
So is she really going out of her mind? She said:
“Well, I feel f**king crazy. But I don’t think I am. People make me feel crazy…
I find that most people I meet figure I kind of want to kill myself anyway. So, it comes up every time.”
Whoa!
Gurl, why do you sound so depressed? You’ve got a lot of talent, a great new album, a hot new boyfriend!
Does Lana legit need some help? Is she making a bad joke? Or does she just need to stop talking about this?
