Earlier this week, we were impressed and pleased to learn that LeAnn Rimes, Eddie Cibrian, AND Eddie’s ex Brandi Glanville all showed up for Eddie & Brandi’s son Jake’s birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese!
In keeping with this whole “maturity thing,” LeAnn has opened up about her affair with Eddie, and she had the following to say about her reasons for picking up with Eddie after things fell apart with her ex Dean Sheremet:
“I didn’t have the tools to know how to do it the right way, how to let go the right way. I’d never been taught that.”
“I think I felt really abandoned ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ I think ‘abandoned’ is a really good word ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ because of our divorce.”
“Not only that, our divorce became so much bigger because it was publicized.”
And here’s LeAnn on how she feels now that she’s engaged to Cibrian:
“I have ├óΓé¼┬ª strength. I didn’t have it at the time. So, it got really messy. I have learned a lot from that. I’m not glad it happened, but I know why it did.”
As we said before, we’re just glad to hear that LeAnn, Eddie, and Brandi were able to spend time together as friends for the kids. Hopefully the mature relationship between those three continues!
