Just a week after Blake Lively‘s aromatic ad for Gucci Premi├â┬¿re was released, her fellow Gossip Girl, Leighton Meester, has come out with her second fragrance campaign for Vera Wang.
In the new, but nearly identical ad for Vera’s Lovestruck Floral Rush, Blair Waldorf looks like a blossoming flower in love, whilst wearing a floral-print gown in black, purple, and green, which apparently was the inspiration for the Lovestruck perfume bottle.
As you can see from the pretty violet bottle in the ad (above), there’s also a signature Vera-designed ribbon wrapped around the cap, making it just oh-so-extra feminine.
The fragrance is described as a “sparkling bouquet blooming with mouth-watering notes of champagne accord, pink passion flower, and cashmere woods” and is supposed to inspire “magic of love at first sight.”
Mmm, sounds delectable! And definitely seems a lot more flirty and fun than Blake’s sultry and sinfully sexy Gucci ad!
