This is sure to strengthen Lindsay’s case!
Dawn Holland, the staffer who has filed a criminal battery complaint against Lindsay Lohan after a throw-down at the Betty Ford Clinic this week, has found herself in this precarious position before.
Sources have learned that her husband filed a similar battery complaint against Dawn last year, while the two were going through a bitter divorce. In legal documentation, Dawn’s hubby claimed that she accused him of cheating and one day, simply got out of bed just to “hit” him.
There was another incident recounted in the paperwork from a year earlier to that, in which Dawn’s husband claims she “lost control, broke up a lot of my personal property and attacked me, kicking me in the leg and causing a contusion.”
A violent past? How did this woman get this job with such a record?!
Maybe because along with her husband claiming she was violent, she said the same of him, insisting that he attacked her multiple times. As of now, she as an active restraining order against him, but he was not permitted one against her.
We are skeptical of so many parts of this story that at this point, we’re opting to consider both Dawn and Lindsay liars!
