Love Is Blind’s Hannah Hits Back At Ozempic Claims – Insists She Lost the Weight All On Her Own!

Love is Blind‘s Hannah Jiles has gone through a massive weight loss transformation since filming the show, and now she’s hitting back at claims that she did it using drugs.

While chatting with People on Thursday, the reality star denied Ozempic claims, saying that while she did try the popular weight loss medication, it didn’t work for her. She shared:

“Everyone’s saying I am on Ozempic. I did try Ozempic. Back in the spring, I tried it for two weeks, I think. And unfortunately, I think it’s an amazing thing, but it made me so sick I couldn’t take it. Trust me, I would take it if I could.”

LOLz! So real for that!

But because the meds didn’t work, she decided to shed the extra pounds the traditional way! She added:

“But it was just all me.”

The Netflix personality explained that she was always insecure about her weight and after a “rough year,” she decided to change what was in her control. The 27-year-old dished:

“If weight is something that I’m super insecure about, then I need to change that. And so I just work towards it. It’s wild that everyone just thinks I’m just a liar and stuff. I just really tried hard.”

She continued:

“Since [the show], I’ve gotten Botox, I’ve gotten lip injections, got hair extensions, I’ve done things like that. But I haven’t changed who I am or have done anything. I had a goal and I was going to get there.”

As for how she did it?? Hannah explained that she tried to develop a new healthier relationship with food and exercise rather than relying on “crash diets” which weren’t the answer for her. She said:

“I still don’t really like working out, but I just try to move as much as possible. And if I can do Pilates or yoga, that’s the best I can do because I’m not going running. It’s just not me. And I just don’t eat a lot.”

She elaborated:

“Not changing what I eat, just how much I ate and just trying to move more.”

It’s all had a profound effect on her, too! She went on:

“I feel better inside. And I think it does really reflect. It’s a lot easier to get up and move and eat healthy when you’re not depressed inside. You feel better about yourself.”

Amazing!

Hannah was open about her weight loss journey in the pods, even telling her suitors that she’d “lost 45 pounds.” Opening up about why she felt comfortable sharing this accomplishment despite the premise of falling in love sight unseen, Hannah told Us Weekly earlier this month:

“It’s just a part of my journey and when I’m talking about weight loss, it’s my biggest insecurity, so it’s something that’s important to me. And talking about it, I don’t think, disclosed how I look because they don’t know if I’m 300 pounds and I lost that weight or if I’m 120 and I lost the weight. They can judge or they can try and figure out what I weigh, but I’m confident in myself and I just wanna let you know ’cause that’s who I am and it’s part of me.”

She’s obviously proud of it if she’s still showing off her journey online! As she should be! It’s not easy changing your lifestyle so drastically, for one. Plus, it’s gotta be so annoying for celebs these days to put in the work and constantly be dealing with rumors of using weight loss drugs! Hah!
