Lucy Hale Speaks More On Her Sexual Assault That Occurred When She Was 'Intoxicated & Taken Advantage Of' -- 'Assault Is Assault'

Lucy Hale continues to speak out about her sexual assault.
As you may remember, the former Pretty Little Liars star received a ton of support after she suggested on social media that she had been sexually assaulted.
In a new interview with Haute Living Los Angeles, the 29-year-old actress revealed new details about the situation.

When speaking on the #MeToo movement, Lucy shared:

“I’ve experienced stuff on the small side, but assault is assault. I think there are a lot of people who have been intoxicated and taken advantage of. It’s happened to me and people I know. It’s very common. Luckily, I’ve been unscathed; nothing’s hurt me too badly.”

She went on to describe her love affair with Los Angeles:

“I’ve had super-dark times here, but it’s been a place that’s always had my back. I know it sounds weird, but I’ve always been at ease here. For me, this is it. I think I’ll always live here. I feel like I can be myself here.”
