It seems like Luke Bryan didn’t get the memo!
While on the red carpet for the CMA Awards, the recipient of the Entertainer of the Year award was FLOORED to learn that Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani finally confirmed those pesky dating rumors. Don’t worry Luke, we were shocked too!
He shared:
“He didn’t come out about that. You’re trying to trick me├óΓé¼┬ªPull up online. I need to see where Blake has stated that.”

Perhaps, the 39-year-old felt that Shelton and his ex Miranda Lambert were still OTP?! Regardless, even Blake’s former flame wasn’t surprised to learn the musical duo had gotten together.
Despite the couple’s confirmation, the country singer still had his doubts and quipped:
“It can’t be true, because there’s no way Blake could ever score a girl like that. It’s not true.”
HA! Well that’s a zinger.
We have a feeling that the Strip It Down singer will see that The Voice judges’ love is real since it was reported that Miz Stefani flew to Nashville to attend the CMA after parties alongside her new beau. LOVES it!
Maybe next year the No Doubt singer will accompany the Oklahoma native to the festive award show. Fingers crossed!
