Whether Rocco Ritchie wanted to be the center of attention or not, that’s exactly what he got thanks to his parents, Madonna and Guy Ritchie‘s custody battle over the 15-year-old — but thankfully it seems like that might all be in the past!
The trouble all seemed to start when Rocco refused to return to the US and wanted to stay with his dad in London. Of course, the situation escalated to the point where the two parents decided to lawyer up to prepare for a custody battle.

Things seemed to look up back in April though when the former couple met to hash things out, and the pop star even posted a cute pic with her son on Mother’s Day.
Well it seems things continue to be fine and dandy for the Like a Prayer singer and her family as her teenager was recently spotted back in New York!
Guy’s son was not only seen grabbing a coffee with some friends in Manhattan on Tuesday morning before heading back to his mom’s place, but he actually stepped out with his famous momma and her daughter Lourdes Leon to go see the broadway play Sleep No More!
The three were spotted wearing freaky looking masks to help disguise their identities, but it was still a cute moment for the family!

This marks the first time the teenager has been back in the states since last year and certainly points to the custody drama smoothing over!
What’s more interesting is that Wednesday, both Madonna and Guy were supposed to appear in court for a scheduled hearing regarding Rocco’s living arrangements. However, the case now seems to be disposed — unless there’s a motion by the New York State Supreme Court.
