For the second time this week, Mariah Carey AAcepted an award under the influence of the bubbly!

While she is nowhere near the level of intoxication she was on Monday night, she did have a difficult time making any kind of coherent sense last night at The People’s Choice Awards, where she won for best R&B artist.
