He was a singular sensation. We can’t believe he’s gone.
Legendary Hollywood and Broadway music-maker Marvin Hamlisch passed away at 68.
The Tony Award winning composer responsible for scoring The Chorus Line died this morning after a short bout with an undisclosed illness.
Marvin was also responsible for scoring several wonderful films including The Way We Were and Sophie’s Choice.
Our deepest thoughts and well-wishes extend to all of Marvin’s family and loved ones.
Rest in peace, sir. You were one of the greats!
