Matthew Fox was arrested last Friday in Oregon for suspicion of driving under the influence and that suspicion has been confirmed.
The Lost actor has now been officially charged with driving under the influence and driving without a license.
So not cool! He not only endangered his own life, but everyone else’s on the road!
He must have been swirving pretty badly too because the cops originally pulled him over for failing to drive within a lane and failing to use an appropriate signal.
Everyone makes mistakes, but this was a potentially fatal one. Get your shiz together, dude!
