Not only did he dress up as his wife Hilary Duff‘s ex Joel Madden… BUT he also went to Joel and his wife Nicole Richie‘s Hallows Eve dinner in the costume! Epic!

On Wednesday, the Winnetka Bowling League frontman and his Disney Channel gal dressed as the Good Charlotte musicians and documented it on Instagram. Tagging Joel, Nicole, and Benji Madden, the couple posted the (above) pic! Hilary and Joel dated from 2004-2006 and it’s been well-documented the couples are all good friends — but still, hilarious!
Nicole actually took a pic herself, which Joel reposted and added the caption:
“Protect @matthewkoma and @hilaryduff at all costs.”
