Maurico Umansky has moved on to his next fling!
The real estate mogul was spotted on Tuesday night kissing a woman outside a sushi restaurant in Aspen, Colorado. That woman has since been identified as a model who works in the industry under the name Klaudia K. Her real name is Klaudia Kapuscinska, FYI. And as you can see from the inset photos (above), she’s HAWT!!!
According to TMZ, who first figured out the 33-year-old model’s identity, the duo were arm-in-arm together as they left Matsuhisa in the swanky ski town. No shyness about PDA!!

As you can see (below), the pair even shared a passionate kiss as they embraced right out in the open:

Not holding back!
No word yet on how long the duo has been dating, but the Buying Beverly Hills star is clearly dead-set on playing the field, as this follows just months after Mau was spotted kissing actress/model Nikita Kahn at Greece’s Mykonos Airport.
Meanwhile, Richards popped up on Watch What Happens Live on Tuesday night to discuss her love life. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills veteran admitted to host Andy Cohen that she has “thought about dating” again. But even more shocking than that was her admission that she and Mau still haven’t filed for divorce yet. In fact, they haven’t even talked about it!!!
The 55-year-old reality TV veteran told Andy:
“We’re good friends. We get along really well. We live separate lives, and it just hasn’t come up. When the time comes, obviously, we will address it.”
