Meghan King Edmonds has been through quite a bit in her recent split from former MLB legend Jim Edmonds, and the stress is unfortunately starting to show.
For the former Real Housewives of Orange County star, that means an increasingly lean, thin look to her already-svelte figure. Worse yet, it’s become very noticeable — and fans are clearly concerned about the 35-year-old’s overall health.

It all came to a head on Friday afternoon, when the former reality TV maven posted this adorable picture on her Instagram page (below). In it, you can see the proud momma spending some quality time with three-year-old daughter Aspen and one-year-old twin sons Hayes and Hart:

But almost immediately, fans took notice of MKE’s ultra-thin legs in that shot — and her increasingly thin appearance in other recent pictures, too, both on the red carpet and more casual ones on her IG page. Quickly, followers took to the comments section to share their opinions about her health, and to encourage Meghan to eat more.
One user wrote:
“You need some ‘me time.’ Your stress needs to get lost. Take care of you, eat, relax, and sleep well.
Your little ones take up a lot of your energy, so make sure you have plenty for yourself and them!
You are a great Mommy. ?”
Another simply added:
“Eat! Your kids need a strong mother. ??”
A third was more blunt, and chimed in:
“I’m sorry but you need to find time to eat. Your kids need you.”
Yeesh. Sensing a pattern here yet?!

A fourth commenter finally said what most people were thinking in a more diplomatic way, adding:
“You look very skinny. I know you have a lot on your plate. And I can only imagine how hard it is to juggle it all. Take care of yourself momma, you can’t pour from an empty cup. Sending you love.”

So well said, in fact, that the mid-30s momma felt moved enough to respond personally. MKE commented back, agreed with the assessment that she is “too thin” right now, and added:
“I’m a stress non-eater. I’m working on it.”
If that’s the case, it’s understandable, because Meghan is under a lot of stress right now.
She has publicly opened up about being in “despair” over the breakdown of her marriage, and she’s had to deal with contentious extended family drama while navigating co-parenting with her estranged former ballplayer husband.
Oh, and the police have already been involved multiple times, too. Yeah, the stress is real — and it needs to be taken seriously.

Goodness knows it’s been a tough time all around — for the kids especially, and for Meghan, and for Jim.
Here’s hoping the former reality TV star does what she needs to do to remain healthy, for herself and for her family.
