Melania Trump FINALLY Gets The Ball Rolling On Cyberbullying Prevention!

no title
Sick of being bullied online? Then we have good news — Melania Trump is finally on the case!
Over a year later, the First Lady appears to be gearing up for her *groundbreaking* anti-cyberbullying movement she promised to take action on in November 2016.
According to The Washington Post, FLOTUS will meet with executives from Amazon, Facebook, Google, Twitter, and Snapchat in the White House next Tuesday for a discussion on how to prevent online harassment.

Four people familiar with her efforts told the paper that Mel plans to grill the tech execs on what they’ve done to combat online trolls and stop the spread of “malicious content” — AKA, ask them why they haven’t already done her work for her.
The sources noted that Melania is not expected to unveil any policy proposals on the issue, because that would mean, what? Researching? Picking Donald Trump‘s brain on policy? *Shudders on her behalf*
A spokeswoman for the First Lady told the Post that the reported meeting was really just to get the ball rolling, as she “simply asked for a meeting to discuss one of the many things that impacts children.”

Melania has only addressed cyberbullying a few times since she declared it her mission a few days before her husband won the election. At that time, many critics pointed out the irony of her cause considering her husband made a political career out of shaming and ridiculing his enemies on Twitter.
Donny’s Twitter habits haven’t at all changed in the past year, which makes us wonder if he’s the reason Melania has been putting her mission off for so long. Or, more likely, she was just spewing out bullshit because she didn’t think she’d become FLOTUS and actually have to follow through.
Either way, if she really wants to fix online bullying, the entire world knows which account needs to be deleted first.
