Last week, Dakota Johnson and Machine Gun Kelly were spotted enjoying a super private, intimate date inside Taylor Swift‘s Tribeca apartment while the pop superstar was out of town.

Since no one was around to capture any canoodling, details have been scarce… until now, that is.

According to a new report from UsWeekly on Thursday, the two had a GREAT time together. Their source tells them:

“They hit it off and wanted some privacy. So, Dakota contacted Taylor, and Taylor said she wasn’t home, so they could use her place. Apparently, Taylor lets her close friends use her place when she’s away.”

Okay, A) what a good friend, and B) will there be more dates in the future??

The mag reports the two eventually made their way back to Dakota’s hotel after their time at Tay’s place.

Also? This might not have been their first date, y’all! People magazine reports the two have been hanging out “under the radar” for MONTHS now! Apparently sparks flew at Taylor and Travis Kelce‘s wedding, so they started texting each other and things just took off from there. They’re “smitten” with each other! Eee!
