Michelle Williams has just been endorsed by none other than Liza Minnelli herself!!!!
Liza could not be more thrilled that Michelle has been picked to take over her Oscar-winning portrayal of Sally Bowles in the Broadway revival of Cabaret.
The icon said:
“Michelle is a wonderful actress and I love Alan Cumming. I’m excited to see what they will do with the show and am sure it will be great!”
What a warm welcome for Michelle’s Broadway debut!
And Liza won’t even have to wait that long to see the actress kick up her heels because the curtains will part at the Kit Kat Klub at Studio 54 on April 24!
No one can replace the epic Liza, but we have no doubt the uber-talented actress will blow us away.
