Miley Cyrus is going gangsta! Well, kind of.
The ex-Disney princess is dishing about her new album, and it sounds like she’s ditching her country roots.
She tells reporters she’s working with:
“A lot of hip-hop producers that are actually from the South, because I wanted more of that dirty-South vibe, a little ATL in there.”
We know that one of those producers is Pharrell Williams, which gives us some HIGH hopes for Mileybird’s sweet new song stylings.
It seems we aren’t the only ones deeply inthralled by Mz. Cyrus’ upcoming tunage! The actress/musician says that her new record is:
“My most important thing right now. I want people to hear what I want to say and get my record out, so when there is a time that I can take some time off, I’ll feel like I accomplished my stuff. Then I can take a break and just enjoy being married for a little while.”
That means she needs to get a move-on!
Rumor has it Miley and her future hubby, Liam Hemsworth, plan on skipping down the aisle in June of 2013. She’s needs to have at least 3 singles out before she can take a break!
