Miley Cyrus Smokes A Blunt In Miami - WITHOUT Her Engagement Ring!

Well, well, well!
“Fill up all those ashtrays,” indeed!
It appears that this weekend, Miley Cyrus was spotted doing exactly what her new single with Snoop Dogg Lion, Ashtrays and Heartbreaks, suggested, as she and a group of pals were spotted kicking back on the balcony of her Miami hotel room, smoking what we assume to be a blunt!
Now, we can’t tell you for sure whether the substance being smoked was, in fact, the wacky tobacky, but it certainly appears that way from the manner in which our former Disney starlet – who is apparently in town to celebrate Pharrell‘s 40th birthday – is holding the wrap…not to mention her very, ahem, ‘colorful’ history with the greenery!

What SHOULD be surprising, however, is that the photogs on the scene claim that the MileyBluntBird is once again NOT wearing her engagement ring from her recently-reconciled fiance, Liam Hemsworth!
Hmm…
