Missing Girl Found Safe At Grandma's

Phew.
12-year-old Jasmine Cossio was found safe after her mother reported her missing when she didn’t show up for school on Tuesday.
A frantic search was set in place in the San Diego neighborhood where a rescue team was called in, including a helicopter.
Yikes!
Thankfully, Jasmine was found safe at her grandmother’s house around 12:15 PM where the sheriff’s officials said the girl told them she was running late for school and was upset about being rushed out of the house.
She then took the Sprinter train to her grandmother’s home in the nearby town of Escondido.
OMG!
According to the grandmother, she did not know that Jasmine skipped school, but when she discovered what the deal was, she notified her Jasmine’s mother.
WTF?!
Thankfully, Jasmine is safe and sound now. And she probably learned a hard lesson (hopefully).
In the meantime, it’s a good idea for parents to escort their children to school, specifically to their classrooms, if possible.
Unfortunately, many of these stories do not have happy endings.
