MJ Is A No Go In Congress

Looks like there won’t be a Congressional resolution honoring Michael Jackson, as Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee promised.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi rejected the proposal, saying that even though Jackson was a “great performer,” such a resolution “will open up two contrary views that are not necessary at this time to be expressed.”
