Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola will be at the Jersey Shore Family Vacation in spirit… and silicone.
TMZ reports that production ordered a sex doll replica of the OG Jersey Shore cast member since she won’t be returning for the upcoming reunion season.
Doug Weldon, owner of hotsexydolls.com, told the outlet that someone from the MTV show approached him in early January about making a Sammi sex doll. Though it was too short notice to make an exact copy of the Jersey native, Doug tried his best to capture Sammi’s *essence*.

Production purchased a standard 5’5” doll from the website, which Doug reduced to C-cups. He also sent them two female heads and provided makeup and 4 wigs, so production could match her hairstyle. All for just $1,840!
Doug says he was told the doll would be a huge part of the show, as the box is shown being delivered to the cast’s Miami house in the first episode. You can even see the gang opening it in one of the trailers (below) around the 30 second mark:
As we reported, Sammi opted out of the reunion because she’s in a different place in her life than she was during the first six-season run of the show.
We’re glad they found a replacement on such short notice!
