A Twitter Jockey, naturally!
MTV officials are on the hunt for the network’s new social media maven, with General Manager Stephen Friedman saying the job is “a natural evolution of how we connect with our audience.”
There are already 18 potential candidates and they are looking for 2 more to add to the roster. The 20 contestants will compete in online challenges over the summer and fans will pick who gets the coveted job on August 8.
The TJ will report live on MTV events and sometimes appear on-air! The job is based in NYC and the future TJ will earn a cool six figures.
Sounds like a dream job!
