Raymond Lawrence Robertson was arrested on Sunday in Williams, Oregon, as he barricaded himself in his van and threatened residents before stripping down naked.

The man with a smile only Amy Winehouse could love was telling onlookers that if they approached his vehicle, it would explode. He was also armed with a rifle.

When police arrived, the local highway had to be shut down entirely as residents were evacuated.

Robertson even got out of the van to remove his clothes when the authorities tackled him and booked him on menacing and disorderly conduct.

His threat to blow up the van was not even credible!

What a nut!

Guess he was looking for a little excitement on a lazy Sunday!!!
