Just yesterday we found out NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick was at the center of a sexual assault case after a woman claims she got into bed with him and later woke up in a hospital with no recollection of what had happened.
Well the San Francisco 49er is speaking out about the alleged scandal, and he says it’s 100% NOT true!!
Colin took to Twitter to defend himself after the story broke, and he maintained his innocence, saying:

The incident stems from a night Colin and the woman in question were allegedly hanging out with his teammate Quinton Patton and Seattle Seahawk wide receiver Ricardo Lockette.
After smoking some marijuana, the woman claims she went to rest in a bedroom where she was followed by Colin, who undressed her. She later woke up in a hospital with no recollection as to how she got there.
Police are reportedly classifying the case as a “suspicious incident,” however, the fact that the Special Victim’s Unit has gotten involved has led some to believe it is being handle as a sexual assault case.
We definitely hope there isn’t any truth to this shocking scandal, and we’re sure there will be plenty more details to come.
