Nickelodeon star Ryan Rottman was arrested last month on a DUI charge after leaving the El Lay bar Dillon’s Irish Pub.
Not only did he jump a curb while driving drunk, but also reeked of alcohol when police confronted him. THEN, he failed a breathalyzer test by having a blood alcohol level of .19, more than TWICE the legal limit!
But for some reason, the guy pled NOT GUILTY to DUI.
The proof is there so we’re not sure why he doesn’t think he’s not guilty…
