It seems Nicki Minaj may have officially joined Mariah Carey on the American Idol judges panel!!! People are saying (though no one official is confirming) that the deal is “100% done” and her Minajesty is ready to take to a new royal throne!
Mz. Minaj DID tweet that she had a special ‘surprise’ instore for all her beloved followers:

But we would never have guessed she’d drop a bomb of such epic proportions!!
One American Idol insider reveals:
“I’m not sure the deal is completely done yet, but yes, she is definitely doing it, a few more slight things to sign off on but it is happening.”
While another source states:
“[Nicki Minaj is] 100% confirmed to judge American Idol.”
Well hot dayum! Nicki must be an expert at keeping her and her many personalities quiet about such ah-mazing information, ’cause while we’ve heard that Diddy and Alanis Morissette were in talks to fill the seat left vacant by Steven Tyler, we’ve never even heard whisperings that Mz. Nicks was even interested in television!
But, hey… the more you know! Ha!
Goodness, perhaps the newly revamped X Factor WILL have a competitor in this year’s American Idol!
