Man Accused Of Nipsey Hussle's Murder Reportedly Pistol-Whipped Neighbor An Hour Before The Shooting

Suspect named in Nipsey Hussle's murder

The man in jail right now accused of murdering Nipsey Hussle reportedly went on a bit of a violent crime spree just hours before the deadly incident with the much-loved rapper on March 31.
According to TMZEric Holder allegedly pistol-whipped a neighbor over an apparent drug deal gone wrong at about 2:00 p.m. local time in Los Angeles that day, according to an account from two women who went to police afterwards to report the attack.

Based on the timeline of events coming from the women’s story about the attack, that would mean Holder allegedly committed that violent act only about an hour before murdering Nipsey.
Apparently, Holder lived in the same building as his alleged pistol-whipping victim, and the two sometimes hung out together and smoked weed. But on that last day of March, Holder showed up to the man’s place unannounced that afternoon, and he was pissed off, accusing the victim of selling him weed laced with another drug.
The two went into the apartment hallway to talk, where Holder was reportedly “breathing very heavily and appeared very excited and very agitated,” according to the accounts in the police report.
As he continued to get more and more hostile, the neighbor tried to return to the apartment, but before he could do so, he was allegedly pistol-whipped on the back of the head and knocked down. Per the report, the victim claims he saw the gun after getting back up — that it was “a semi-automatic” and “a big silver gun.”
Not even two hours later, Holder allegedly committed Nipsey’s murder in south Los Angeles; the victim in the pistol-whipping incident learned of the murder not long after, but didn’t want to come forward with his story out of fear, instead choosing to tell the two women who eventually reported his incident to police.
It’s unclear whether this will factor in to any courtroom defense Holder might give, but the drug-laced weed argument might make for an interesting tactic to prove temporary insanity or something else to a judge in the Hussle murder case.
For what it’s worth, per TMZ, the man who Holder pistol-whipped acknowledges that while he did sell the alleged murderer about $10 worth of pot — hence why he was afraid to come forward in the first place — the stuff was straight from a dispensary and, as far as he knows, did not have any other drugs laced into it in any way.

Meanwhile…

Speaking of Nipsey Hussle… there’s some baby momma drama going on right now involving his 10-year-old daughter Emani, who he shared with Tanisha Foster until his untimely death.
According to TMZ, Emani has been living with Nipsey’s sister Samantha ever since, and Tanisha is reportedly livid about the situation, as she doesn’t feel Samantha is fit to care for the little girl.
The two squared off in court Monday to fight for Emani’s custody, but the hearing was sealed, and Foster reportedly left the courtroom in tears, so it doesn’t appear as though much was settled this time around. There’s another scheduled court date scheduled on this matter in July.
Nipsey’s other child, Kross, has been staying with baby momma and still-grieving partner Lauren London — no issues there.
