Nipsey Hussle‘s alleged murderer, Eric Holder, didn’t necessarily work alone in committing the heinous act late last month in south Los Angeles — and cops are still considering charging the alleged getaway driver over her behavior during the act.
According to media reports, the LAPD is still “actively investigating” whether the woman who was apparently driving the car knew of Holder’s alleged plans in advance, or if she were just driving him there without previous knowledge that he was planning to shoot Nipsey.

As you’ll recall, at the time of the murder, cops extensively interviewed the woman, and at one point a law enforcement source told TMZ that “sometimes you have to give a little to get a lot” — the implication being that the police were giving the driver a good deal in exchange for info about Holder.
Now, several weeks after the murder and initial investigation, the LAPD has not yet arrested or charged the driver, though law enforcement is apparently still considering whether to do so. The main issue is exactly the intent and knowledge the driver had; if she knew before the murder that Holder was going there to shoot Nipsey, she’d be on the hook as an accessory to murder.
If, on the other hand, Holder simply asked her for a ride and she had no knowledge about what was going to happen, she may be scot free as an innocent person involved in a very bad situation.
Sources have further complicated this by claiming that there is some indication that Holder was actually the one driving when the car initially rolled up to Hussle’s Marathon Clothing Store — and the woman was just a passenger along for the ride.
After an initial conversation with Nipsey, Holder allegedly got back in the car and left — and when the car returned minutes later, that’s when the woman is alleged to have been driving with Holder as the passenger. After the shooting, then, the alleged murderer ran back to the car and the woman sped off, officially completing duties as a getaway driver.

Obviously, the whole thing is pretty complicated. We’ll update you as the LAPD learns more and ultimately decides whether or not to charge the woman involved.
