No Blake, Thankfully!

That would have been a disaster!

Amy Winehouse is heading to Jamaica to work on her new studio album and some were suggesting that her trainwreck of a boyfriend Blake Fielder Civil would be joining her, but a rep for Amy has cleared that nasty rumor right up:

“He isn’t going out there, no. The whole point of the trip is to record out there, she has a whole album of songs written and has worked on it with (producer and collaborator) Salaam Remi over here and will be over there.”

Work will do her some good and she really is supremely talented when she’s able to get her shiz together! We can’t wait for her next album — if it ever actually materializes.

Stay on the straight and narrow, Wino! At least for a little while!
