No Show

Despite speculation that she would be using the show as an opportunity to apologize for her painfully bad VMA performance, Britney Spears will not be making an appearance at the Emmy Awards this Sunday.

“Britney Spears has no plans to appear on the Emmys this Sunday,” says a spokesperson for her label, Jive.

Ughh. Hopefully the trainwreck will go away on a nice long vacation.
